West Bengal ITI Counselling 2022: Candidates can take admission in various ITI colleges located across the West Bengal state, through the competitive entrance exam held by WB Council for Vocational training. The West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training conducts West Bengal ITI Counselling for admission into ITI admission programme. West Bengal ITI Counselling 2022 Details
- The conducting body will invite the selected candidates for the counseling process, after the announcement of the result.
- Choice filling and seat allotment process are done, at the process of counseling.
- One can select his/her choice of institutes and trades according to the availability of seats for that particular institute.
- Applicants are recommended to fill their choice before the last date.
West Bengal ITI Counselling 2022: Procedure
- An SMS will be sent to the candidate’s respective mobile number and email ID, after the preparation of the merit list.
- Candidates have to log in by using their respective user ID and password, in order to participate in the online counseling process.
- Candidates have to provide the choice of trades and institutes based on seat availability in the particular institute.
- Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their rank and choice provided, after the completion of the choice filling process.
- Candidates are allowed to view their allocated seats and should obtain the printout of the seat confirmation slip from the website.
Admission Process
- The candidates will be provided a confirmation letter, after successful completion of counselling process and according to that letter, applicants need to report to the respective Govt. ITI/ JPs / ITC for provisional admission.
- Candidates have to show the original documents s of the qualifying exam at the time of admission along with other important certificates such as admit card, copy of seat allotment slip, and merit rank.
Documents to be produced at the time of admission
For M Group
- Self-attested photocopy of Admit card, mark-sheet, and Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age.
- Self-attested mark sheet for CBSE internal 10th pass candidates issued by competent Authority.
- Self-attested photocopy of certificates SC, ST, PH certificate (if any).
- Self-attested copy of Kanyashree enrollee certificate/document.
- Two colored passport size recent photographs (To be retained by the ITI).
- Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar Card
- Self-attested copy of Vocational pass certificate (if any).
For E Group
- Self-attested photocopy of final mark-sheet of Class VIII.
- Self-attested copy of Class VIII Passed Certificate.
- Self-attested photocopy of certificates for SC, ST, PH (if any).
- Self-attested copy of Kanyashree enrollee certificate/document.
- Two colored passport size recent photographs. (To be retained by the ITI).
- Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar Card
- Self-attested copy of Vocational pass certificate (if any).
Result
- Students need to check the result online on its official website by entering the application number.
- All students who have appeared in the exam as per their scheduled time and date the result will be seen.
- WBSCVT ITI Result is going to be uploaded for those students who have filled the exam form carefully and appeared in the exam as per the scheduled date.
- Students can download results and take a printout for future reference.

- Read the Instruction carefully given in the Admit card that the students need to print out the admit card either color printout or black and white printout.
