UPSEE 2022: AKTU/UPTU Application Form

UPSEE 2022: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) conducts UKSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination). Candidates will get the admission in the field of engineering, architecture, pharmacy, hotel management & catering technology, fashion & apparel design, fine arts, management, etc. It is a state-level examination provides admission to the UG & PG courses in the field of engineering, management, etc. UPSEE (UP State Entrance Examination) was previously known as UPTU entrance exam. Eligibility Criteria

For Admission to 1st Year Courses

B.Tech

• 12th/Intermediate examination with Physics & Mathematics and any one of the following: Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.
• 45% marks in aggregate of 3 subjects (40% marks for SC/ST category candidate).

B.Tech (Agri.)

• 12th/Intermediate examination in Agriculture Discipline.
• Minimum marks in 12th examination should be 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in the aggregate of 3 subjects.

B.Tech (Bio-Tech)

• 12th/Intermediate examination with Physics & Mathematics and any one of the following: Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Technical Vocational subject
• 45% marks in aggregate of 3 subjects (40% marks for SC/ST category candidate).

B.Arch

• 12th/Intermediate examination with Mathematics & Physics and any one of the following: Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Engineering Drawing /Technical Vocational subject
• Passed intermediate examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

B.Pharm

• 12th/Intermediate examination with Physics & Chemistry and any one of the following: Mathematics/ Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject.
• 45% marks in aggregate of 3 subjects (40% marks for SC/ST category candidate).

MBA/MCA

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration from the recognized institution.
• In the case of MCA, candidates must have studied Mathematics either at graduation or 12th level.
• The qualifying examination should be passed with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category).

BHMCT/BFAD/BFA/MAM

• 12th/Intermediate examination in any stream.
• Passed/appearing 10+2 exam by securing 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category).

For Admission to 2nd Year Courses

B.Pharm (LE)

• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40 marks for SC/ST candidates).

B.Tech (LE)

• Passed 3-years diploma in engineering or B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2.
• Minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40 marks for SC/ST candidates).

MCA (LE)

• BCA, B.Sc (IT/ Computer Science) degree from a recognized institution.
• Candidates must have 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.

UPSEE 2022 Application Form

Candidates can fill the application form of UPSEE through online mode only. Candidates have to upload scanned images of their latest color photograph, left-hand thumb impression, and signature at the time of form filling. Fill the application form carefully as it may possible that the authority will not provide the correction facility. There is no need to send the printed copy of confirmation page to the official authority. Candidates can take a printout of the filled application form after completion & submission of online application.

Exam Pattern

• The examination will be organized through offline (OMR based Test) mode.
• The exam will be held for 8 papers.
• The question paper will be asked in English & Hindi language.
• Multiple choice questions will be asked [except Drawing Aptitude test (Part B of Paper 4)].
• The duration of the exam will be 3 hours (Paper 1, 2 & 3), 2½ hours (Paper 4), 2 hours (Paper 9, 10 & 11) & 1½ hours (Paper 5, 6, 7 & 8).
• 4/5 marks (B.Arch.) will be allotted to the candidates for a correct answer.
• There will be no negative marking.

UPSEE 2022 Counselling

Candidates shall be intimidated by the UPSEE Counseling Schedule through a Newspaper and website. The counseling will be conducted in five rounds, including spot counseling (if seats remain vacant). The candidate who qualifies the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in Counseling. On candidate’s rank and availability of seats, the allotment of seats will depend. It is compulsory for the successful candidates of UPSEE to appear in counseling, to get the seat in a particular course.

Syllabus

• UPSEE 2022 syllabus varies from paper to paper.
• The examination is held for a total of 11 papers. Each paper covers the subject from different areas.
• It is difficult to write the syllabus for all the papers. However, the detailed syllabus will be provided soon.
• The Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects typically comprising the important topics of the 11th and 12th standard.
