Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech and B.V.Sc & AH

• Admission to both courses is based on a valid score in Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET).
• B.V.Sc & AH: 10+2 with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject group
• B.Tech in Dairy Technology: 10+2 with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject group
• Diploma in Animal Husbandry: A pass in class 10th
• Students must note that 85% of the total seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Telangana State while 15% for those from outside Telangana.

For M.V.Sc & Ph.D.

• PVNRTVU offers M.V.Sc and Ph.D. program on the basis of a valid score in the University-Based Entrance Test.
• Four seats in each discipline of the M.V.Sc course are reserved for the candidates of the sponsored category.
• Two seats in each discipline of the Ph.D. program are reserved for the candidates of the sponsored category.
• M.V.Sc: B.V.Sc & AH degree from a recognized university and the age should not be more than 40 years as on July 01, 2023
• Ph.D.: M.V.Sc degree from a recognized university with 70% (60% for SC/ST) and the age should not be more than 50 years as of July 01 of the admission year including ICAR Fellowship holders.

Application Fee

• The application fee for TSVU Admission 2023 will be INR 1200.
• The application fee for SC/ST/ PWD category candidates will be INR 600.

Selection Process

For Diploma

• On the basis of marks in class 10th

For M.V.Sc

• M.V.Sc entrance test includes various subjects as per the regulations of MSVE-VCI 2008.
• The test contains 200 MCQs.
• Students have to secure at least 40% marks in the test to secure admission.

• Ph.D. Entrance Test Criteria: The entrance test will consist of 100 MCQs. Students have to score at least 50% marks in the test in order to be qualified.
