Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University conducts TNDALU Counselling 2023. It is a public state university named after Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The university provides five-years integrated and three-years degree courses and also the LL.M Master’s degree courses. The counselling process provided various degree courses in the field of law through seven affiliated colleges. It will be conducted in multiple rounds, and a counselling cutoff would be released for each round. TNDALU Counselling 2023
The university conducts the counselling in offline mode. The eligible candidates have to report for counselling in person on the assigned date and time. They will be sent counselling call letters by Speed Post. The candidates participating must have the originals and photocopies of relevant documents, including call letters. For each round of counselling, the cutoff will be released category-wise for various courses. There will be a mandatory document verification process at the counselling venue. The candidate completed the verification process would be considered for the next round, which is seat allotment round.

Eligibility Criteria
- L.L.B. (Hons.): Candidates should have passed any degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.B.A./ B.E./B.Tech./M.B.B.S./B.Pharm/other graduates in general) and should have secured not less than 60% of the total marks in the aggregate.
- B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)/ B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.): Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) OR its equivalent examination recognized by the university and should have secured not less than 70% of the total marks in the aggregate of all the subjects.
- B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.): Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) OR its equivalent examination recognized by the university with Commerce group or subjects and should have secured not less than 70% of the total marks in the aggregate of all the subjects.
- BC.A. LL.B. (Hons.): Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination with Computer Science as one of the subjects with 70% marks
- LLM.: Pass in B.L/L.L.B either 5 or 3 years with 45% marks under new regulation or 40% under the old regulation
- PhD. in Law: Master of Laws Degree with 55% marks in aggregate
- PhD. in Inter-Disciplinary Field: Master Degree [M.L.] from any recognized University having scored a minimum of 55% or equivalent in its grade.
- M.C.L./ Post Graduate Diploma: A pass in any Degree Course / Candidates who are pursuing other courses after graduation may also apply.

TNDALU Counselling 2023: Important Points
- The counselling for the 5-year integrated program will be held tentatively in the 3rd week of June and for a 3-year program in the 3rd week of August.
- The eligible candidates will be sent call letters by Speed Post.
- To participate in the counselling, the candidate needs to meet the merit list cut off marks for that round.
- If you meet the merit cutoff criteria for a particular round, you can attend the counselling session for that round even if you don’t have the call letter.
- The allotment of seats will be based on the merit of the qualifying exam.
- Reservation is restricted to Tamil Nadu natives only.
- Candidates from other states will be considered for admission under the Open category.
