The first chancellor of Munger University is Prof. Ranjit Kumar Verma who is an expert in Inorganic Chemistry. He is working very hard for the betterment of the University. The University was established with the visualization of the idea of Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr. Nitish Kumar.
Munger University currently has 17 constituent colleges and 12 affiliated colleges. The University also has 5 educational single faculty colleges and one affiliated Law College. Munger University UG Admission Process
- The candidates willing to apply for UG admissions need to visit the official website of the university mungeruniversity.ac.in.
- You need to search for the link “UG Admissions” and click on it.
- Now you have to create a new account for UG courses (if do not have an account before).
- You have to provide certain details to create the account along with the password.
- After creating your account, you have to log in using the username and password.
- Now, you can fill the form by providing required information including marks obtained, personal details, scanned copy of photograph & signature, etc.
- All the applicants must have to pay the application fee.
- Now submit the form to complete the application process.

Eligibility Criteria
For the UG courses (B.A.Hons/ B.Com Hons/ B.Sc Hons/ General B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc), the university will set different eligibility criteria needed for a particular course.
- For B.A.Hons, the candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% in the relevant subject in his/her intermediate class.
- For B.Com Hons, the candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% in commerce subjects.
- For B.Sc Hons, the candidates should have scored a minimum of 45% in their 12th standard with relevant subjects.
- For General B.A, B.Com, B.Sc courses, the candidates must have passed their intermediate examination from a recognized Board.
