MH CET Law 2024: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra releases the notification about MH CET Law admission to LLB 3 years and LLB 5 years. It is a state-level test conducted for admission in various law colleges of Maharashtra state. The candidate has to qualify the process called the centralized admission process (CAP). The exam is conducted across various centers across Maharashtra and also at the selected exam centers outside the state in online mode. Eligibility Criteria
- Indians from and outside the state of Maharashtra also NRI and foreign student / OCI / PIO can apply.
- There is no upper age limit for the candidates to apply.
For 5-year LLB
- 10+2 passed/appearing with 45% marks in aggregate.
- For SC and ST category candidate of Maharashtra state, 40% marks in aggregate is required.
- The candidates of VJNT, SBC, OBC, Category belonging to state of Maharashtra are required to get 42% marks in aggregate.
For 3-year LLB
- A graduate or a post-graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized University is required.
- The passed candidates of the 3-year undergraduate degree and or 2/3 Yrs. Post Graduate Degree from the university are also eligible to apply.
- Such candidates must be studied in the educational pattern of 10+2+3 and/or 10+2+3+2/3 Yrs. with regular studies at SSC and HSC schooling.
- Candidates who have completed Class 10th (SSC) +2 (HSC) education following Regular Mode can also apply.
- Such candidates have completed their Graduation and or Post Graduation through Regular Mode/Open or Distance Mode.

MH CET Law 2024: Application Form
The application form will be released online and no offline form will be available. Click on the direct link on this page to register for the exam. Register and enter your name, email id and mobile number and login again from the details you receive on the email id. Fill in the basic information and educational details and upload images in the application form. Pay the required amount of the application fee as given below and download the completed form. The application fee is payable by online mode only using debit card (RuPay / Visa / MasterCard / Maestro), credit card, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards / mobile wallet.

Exam Pattern
- The exam is conducted in the online mode.
- There will be objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- There shall be a total of 150 questions.
- The duration of the exam shall be 02 Hours
- The questions shall be asked in the English and Marathi language.
- For each correct answer, you get 01 marks and for an incorrect answer, no marks are deducted.

Candidates securing the qualifying non-Zero Score in the exam are only eligible to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Register first at the admission portal to participate in the CAP. Upload the scanned images of the necessary documents. Report at the Admission Reporting Center for document verification with all the original documents.
