Kerala Polytechnic 2023 Application Form
The application form will be available on the official website of the authority. Applicants will fill all the details such as the name and address and the educational qualifications in the application form. Candidates have to pay the online application fee and then need to submit the application form online.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates must be having Indian citizenship.
- It is also necessary that they have a permanent domicile of Kerala. or
- The student’s parent should be a permanent employee in the Central/State/Quasi Government/Public Sector undertaking in Kerala State. or
- Students should have passed the qualifying examination from the educational board of Kerala.
- Passed SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination from the Kerala state or any other recognized board with the subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English (for Diploma in Engineering) & Mathematics and English (for another course) is required to apply.
- For CBSE/ICSE board students, marks secured in Science will be considered for calculating grades in Science in the place of Physics & Chemistry.
- Only the certificates of Board examination shall be accepted as qualifying certificate and such candidates shall submit an undertaking at the time of admission and a copy of the same shall be submitted along with the application.

Application Fee
- The application fee will be Rs 150 for all the applicants.
- The applicants of the reserved category viz. (SC and ST) shall have to pay Rs. 75 as the application fee.
Admission Procedure
- Candidates will be provided with the registration number on applying online.
- With the help of the registration number, candidates can check the status of an application.
- Candidates have to exercise the maximum of 25 options of colleges along with the courses.
- The centralized allotment will be done.
- The rank list of the centralized allotment will be uploaded on the website.
- The trial allotment will be published along with the rank list.
- Candidates can also check their individual rank in the rank list on the website.
- Candidates will be required to report the college along with original documents, on successful allotment of the college and course.
- Candidates can download the allotment letter from the website.
Counselling
- The last but not the least part of the admission process will be the counselling.
- All the applicants shall have to appear for the counseling after applying for the admission thru the application form.
- On the base of merit prepared by the authority, admission to Kerala state Polytechnic institutions will be provided.
- On the basis of merit drawn as per the student’s marks in 10th, the Kerala Polytechnic 2023 counselling will be done..
- The selection will be done district-wise.
