MPPSC releases the notification to select Assistant engineers in the department of civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, etc. Candidates need to visit the official website www.mppsc.com or www.mponline.gov.in or www.mppsc.nic.in to fill out the application form of the State Engineering Services. We’ve updated the Exam Plan and Syllabus as updated on the website. Candidates should apply for posts in MPPSC State Engineering Services 2023 on which they are eligible.

Pay Scale

• All the recruited Assistant Engineers through MPPSC State Engineering Services 2023 will be paid in the basic pay scale of Rs 15,600 – 39,100 with a grade pay of Rs 5,400.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mechanical: Candidates possessing a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
• Civil: Candidates possessing the Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE)
• Electrical: Candidates possessing the Degree in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
• Agriculture): Candidates possessing the Degree in Agriculture Engineering (DCE) with 2nd Grade
• The age limit should be 21- 40 for MP State candidates.
• For other state candidates, the age limit should be 21-35.
• The age limit would be included on 01/01/2023.

Application Fee

• The Application fee would be Rs 1200/- for general candidates.
• The Application fee would be Rs 600/- for reserved category candidates.

Exam Pattern

• It is an online exam of qualifying in nature.
• This exam will be having two papers of 150 marks and 300 marks.
• The marks obtained in this exam will not be counted in the final merit list.
• The qualifying marks will be decided by the commission, based on the number of vacancies.

Personality and Viva-voce Examination

• The interview or personality test carries 50 marks.
• Candidates who obtain qualifying marks in the written test of the Main Examination will be called for an interview or personality test.
• The board members assess the attitude, personality, and candidate’s readiness for the job, in this interviewing process.
