The candidate should log into the official website and download the application form. Before filling the application form, candidates must have to read the instructions carefully. The registration process will begin from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News. The candidates have to fill in the correct information. The candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature. Candidates have to submit only one application form. The online application form will be issued from the website.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have completed their higher secondary from an affiliated board with the knowledge of computer are also desirable for applying for IB ACIO Application Form 2018.
• Age limit for candidates is 18-27 years.
• Upper Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years.
• Upper Age relaxation for OBC (other backward classes) candidates the relaxation is 3 years.
• The age limit relaxation is up to 40 year for Government servant’s candidates who have rendered at least 3 years of services or more.
• The age relaxation is up to 35 years and for SC/ST candidates the age relaxation is up to 40 years for candidates who are widows divorced women, women judicially separated from husband and not married.

Application Fee

• The male candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay the fee Rs. 100 only.
• The SC/ST category candidates and the female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

Steps to fill IB ACIO Application Form 2018

Part 1 – Registration

• Click on the link to fill the application form of IB ACIO from the pdf file given on the official website.
• The link will redirect candidates to a new page, to begin the online registration process
• Click on the checkbox against ‘I have read the detailed advertisement’.
• Click to proceed to fill IB ACIO application form.
• Register yourself and click login with the registered Id and password.
• Complete the registration process by entering details like name, date of birth, category, marital status etc.
• Review the information, before final registration.
• Once registered, these details cannot be altered.
• A provisional registration number and password will be generated for the applicant, after successful registration.
• Use this provisional registration number and password to log in and fill the application form of IB ACIO.
• After entering all the details correctly, applicants will be asked to review the information, before final registration.
• Enter details related to academic qualification like marks secured in 10th and 12th standard as well as Bachelors.
• Save all the information as filled in the IB ACIO 2018 online form.
• View the application form details and ensure there are no mistakes in the details entered.
• Correction of details after submission of application form will not be allowed.

Part 2 – Payment of Fee and Upload Photo/Signature

• Next step is to Upload Photograph and Signature
• Upload the scanned images as per the required specifications in the application form.
• The Signature should not be in capital letters as it will not be accepted.
• The Photograph should not have red eye and should be clearly visible.
• Next Payment of application fees should be done.
• After applicants have successfully uploaded their photograph and signature they will have to pay the application fees.
• The Login again and take a print out of their application form for future references.
