JKPSC 2024 Eligibility Criteria
It is important that the candidate look out the eligibility criteria first and then begin the online application process:
- An aspirant who is a permanent resident of the Jammu & Kashmir State is eligible to apply for the examination.
- The age of the aspirant should not exceed 21 years and not less than 32 years.
- It is necessary for the applicants to possess a degree of graduation in any discipline.
Applicants who are applying for the recruitment into the Gazetted Police Service should know the following physical standards:
- The height of Male candidates has to be 165 cm and 150 cm for the female candidates.
- Chest of the male candidates should be 84 cm and 79 cm for female applicants.
- Expansion of 5 cm for both male and female candidates should be there.
For the applicants belonging to Kargil/ Leh
- 160 cm should be the height of male candidates and for females, the height must be 45 cm.
- The chest should be 79 cm for both female and male applicants.
- Expansion of 5 cm for both female and male candidates should be there.
JKPSC 2024 Application Process
To begin the application process, candidates have to log in to the authorized web page of the JKPSC i.e., www.jkpsc.nic.in. There you will find the applying link for JKPSC examination. Now, do the registration by providing the following details like Candidates Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Educational Qualification, Date Of Birth, Parents’ name, etc. You will get the login credentials on your registered email ID. Login using these credentials and give all the requisite information in the form. Make sure to attach all the necessary documents like previous educational mark sheets, income certificate, Identity proof, caste certificate (if applicable), etc. in the form.
