• For MA – Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline and selection will be done through Entrance Test + Qualifying Exam
• For M.Sc. – Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline and selection will be done through Entrance Test + Qualifying Exam
• For M.P.Ed. – B.P.Ed. or B.Sc. Degree and selection will be done through Written Test + Practical Test

B.L.I.Sc and M.L.I.Sc

• For B.L.I.Sc. – Bachelor’s Degree and selection will be done through Merit + Certificate course (if applicable) + work experience
• For M.L.I.Sc. – B.L.I.Sc. Degree and selection will be done through the Merit + Admission Test

M.Phil

For M.Phil in Sociology and International Relations

• Applicants must have scored 50% (45% for PD/ OBC A/ OBC B) in a PG degree in the relevant discipline.

For M.Phil in Economics

• Applicants should have scored a minimum of 40% (40% for PD/ OBC A/ OBC B) in a PG degree in a relevant discipline.

For M.Phil in Others

• M.Phil in Comparative Literature, Cognitive Sciences, Sanskrit, Bengali, Social Science, Linguistic, Oceanography & Coastal Mgmt., History, Philosophy, Library & Information Sciences, Women’s studies, English.
• Applicants must have scored 55% (50% for PD/ OBC A/ OBC B) in the PG program in the relevant discipline.
