IGNTU Admission 2023: Indira Gandhi National Tribal University- Form, Dates
Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Amarkantak (M.P.) offers admission for the various UG, PG and Ph.D. courses as well as some Diploma and Certificate courses too. IGNTU was established in 2007 through an Act of Parliament by Government of India. The mode of application for IGNTU 2023 is online. The application form for UG and PG courses has been started from the 2nd week of March 2023. Candidates can fill the application form online only and the university will not accept any offline/postal mode of application. Aspirants seeking admission for the 2023 session must submit the application before the last date.

IGNTU Admission 2023 Application Process
- The mode of application for IGMTU is online.
- Candidate must visit the official website of University, igntu.ac.in for the Application.
- They are required to have a valid email id and mobile number .they should be kept until the completion of the programme if admission granted.
- Candidates are required to upload a recent photograph and signature.
- Before applying candidate should have scanned copy of the recent photo and scanned copy of the signature.
- Candidate can pay application fee through bank challan.
- The bank challan is generated after filling the online application form or can also pay by depositing fee in University account number by NEFT.
- One day after filling application form candidate can take printout by using application number and password.
Application Fee
- The application fee for General/OBC candidate is Rs.300.
- The application fee for the SC/ST/PH candidate is 100.
- University will not accept any offline/postal mode of application.

Eligibility Criteria
For UG Courses:
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board.
- The minimum pass percentage for the General candidate in the qualifying examination is 50%.
- For the candidates of SC/ST/PWD/Kashmiri migrant/Transgender candidates, the minimum pass percentage must be 45%.
For PG Courses:
- Candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university.
- The minimum pass percentage for the General candidate in graduation is 50%.
- For the candidates of SC/ST/PWD/Kashmiri migrant/Transgender candidates, the minimum pass percentage must be 45%.
For Ph.D. Programme:
- Candidate must have a Master’s degree from a recognized Indian or Foreign University.
- Candidate must have secured 50% in Master’s degree.
- Candidate belonging to reserved category must have secured 45% in master’s degree for the eligibility.
Age limit:
- The candidate seeking admission to all Hons (UG) Programme shall not be more than 2 years. However, 05 years of relaxation shall be provided to SC/ST categories.
- A candidate seeking admission to all P.G. courses shall not be more than 25 years. However, 05 years of relaxation shall be provided to SC/ST categories.
