HPCET Counselling 2023: The registration for the counselling of HPCET will be managed by Himachal Pradesh Technical University admission to Undergraduate Engineering courses in different institutes/colleges of states. The counselling will be conducted for 50% seats to candidates on the basis of JEE Main and the remaining 50% on the basis of HPCET score. Candidates can participate directly in the counselling. The authority allows the seats on the basis of their rank, category, preference and availability of seat. Reach the counselling venue as per schedule with all the relevant documents. HPCET Counselling 2023 Process
- Complete the registration process by submitting the required details.
- You will receive a unique registration number upon successful registration.
- For admission through JEE Main score or both JEE Main and HPCET score, candidates will have to make a payment of the counselling fee after registration.
- Candidates seeking admission through HPCET are not required to pay the counselling fee.
- The counselling fee for such candidates will be General Category – Rs. 3100 and for SC/ST/BPL – Rs. 2800.
- Take a print out of the filled application form and send it to the official address.
Documents required during Counselling
- Passing certificate of qualifying examination
- Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University
- JEE Main 2023 or HPCET 2023 scorecard
- Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended
- Income Certificate (if applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme)
- An affidavit attested by Executive Magistrate (if applicable)
- Bonafide/Domicile Certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate by Kashmiri Migrants

HPCET Counselling 2023: Important Point
- Candidates should present in person at the time of the counselling.
- Only the merit list candidates will be eligible to participate in all the rounds of counselling.
- Those failing to reach the venue as per the scheduled time will forfeit their claim.
- Make sure to carry all the relevant documents to the counselling venue.
- Pay the University fee at the time of counselling in the form.
- A separate merit list will be prepared for JEE Main and HPCET qualified candidates.
- The counselling will also be conducted separately.
- If seats still left vancant, the remaining seats will be offered on the basis of 10+2 marks.
