Haryana ITI Counselling 2023: Important Dates

Opening of Counselling portal and the online application starts from June 2023

Haryana ITI Counselling 2023 Procedure

Registration

  • Aspirants need to register online by visiting the official website of ITI Haryana.
  • Mention all the required details like name, address marks obtained in previous academic, trade name etc correctly.

Payment of Application Form

  • By using online banking OR debit card OR credit card kindly deposited the registration fee.

Seat Allotment

  • The Counselling will be conducted in a few phases.
  • Aspirants will get a seat in various colleges/institutes of Haryana, on the basis of merit.
  • The board will allow the seat and if not then they have to try for the next option if contenders will eligible for his/ her choice of the institution.
  • The 2nd and 3rd Counselling will be organized for the Haryana students only.
  • In 4th Counselling, other state candidates can participate.
  • The open counseling will be accomplished to fill that, in case, seats will still remain unfilled.

Provisional Allotment Letter

  • The candidate who confirms the seat allotted done by the concerning body will get the Seat Allotment Letter.
  • Postulants have to keep it safe and submitted to the college.

Counselling Merit List

  • On the official website, applicants will get the ITI Haryana Merit List.
  • It will show the name of the aspirants and the college name.
  • They have to report to the assigned Institute without fail, at the given time and date.

Documents Required during Haryana ITI Counselling 2023

  • Mark Sheet and passing Certificate of VIII/ X/ XII Standard (as per the post).
  • Domicile Certificate.
  • One ID Proof and 5-6 Passport Size Photograph.
  • Transfer/ Migration Certificates.
  • Category Certificate for Reserved Quota (If belongs to ST, SC, OBC)
  • Provisional Letter.
  • Application Receipt.

Counselling Fee Need for ITI Admission

  • Counseling fees can be paid through net banking/ debit card/ credit card while registration online.
  • The amount is the category given below.

Admission Procedure

  • The selection of the applicants for admission into the ITI institutes of Haryana will be made on the basis of the merit list.
  • Educational qualification of candidates, category (social community), and seat availability will also influence the merit list.
  • The merit list will be made then marks attained by the applicants in the entrance exam and the educational qualifications they have
  • There will be four rounds of counseling.
  • The counseling rounds might be extended, in case the seats are vacant.

The tie will be treated as

  • First Tie Breaker – Those who have more marks in Math will be preferred.
  • Second Tie Breaker – Those who have more marks in Science will be preferred.
  • Third Tie Breaker – Those who have more marks in English will be preferred.
  • If any equality in above then a higher age applicant will be preferred.
  • The candidate will get 5 marks if having 60 % in 12th as a weightage.
  • The candidate will get 3 marks if having below 60 % in 12th as a weightage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The age of the applicants should not be below 14 years.
  • The candidates of the reserved category will be eligible for the relaxation in the upper age.
  • Candidates must have completed the 8th standard education from the primary school.
  • Candidates, who have completed the 10th standard education from the state or central board of education, are also eligible.
