GBPUAT Application Form 2023: For admissions in Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) releases notifications every year. On the basis of an entrance exam, the admissions will be provided to the mentioned courses. The entrance exam is the gateway to admission in various UG and PG courses. GBPUAT Application Form 2023
Candidates will be required to fill the form online with all the correct information. The application form of the GBPUAT Application Form is available online on the official website as www.gbpuat.ac.in. The candidates will be required to download the duly filled application form. Candidates will be required to send their application forms with the documents mentioned by the university. Send the application form to the official address provided on the official website to apply for GBPUAT. The application once submitted will not be allowed to be withdrawn. The fee shall not be held reserved for any other examination or selection process in the future.

Steps to fill GBPUAT Application Form 2023
- The candidate should visit the official website.
- Click on the apply now tab available on the website.
- Fill in all the details asked in the application form.
- Upload all the required scanned documents without any mistake
- Click on the submit button
- Pay the fees of the application by the e-challan, net banking or by the debit card
- Save the application form for the future.
Application Fee
- The application fee for General and OBC is Rs. 1200/-
- The application fee for ST/SC/PH is Rs. 600/-
- The application fee once paid will not be refunded in any case
Photograph Image
- Upload a recent passport-style color picture with a white, background.
- The size of the file should be between 20kb-50kb, the size should not be more than 50kb.
- Dimensions 200X230 pixels.
Signature image
- Put the signature on white paper with a Black/Blue ink pen.
- The size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb, the size should not be more than 20kb.
- Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred).
- The signature will be used to put on admit card and wherever necessary.
Left-Hand Thumb Impression Image
- Put the left-hand thumb impression on white paper.
- The size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb.
- The size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb.
- Dimensions 140X60 pixels (preferred).
Exam Pattern
For all Undergraduate Programmes
- There shall be one common Entrance Examination objective type with multiple-choice questions.
- It shall be of three hours’ duration.
- The exam shall consist of one question paper carrying 600 marks.
- The bilingual question paper in English and Hindi will be supplied.
For Masters programmes and MCA programme
- Aptitude Test and Subject Matter Test.
- The examination shall start with Aptitude Test and after 45 minutes the question booklet of the Aptitude Test shall be taken back and the question booklet for group-wise Subject Matter Test paper will be distributed as per the option of the candidates and major-wise.
For Ph.D. Programmes
- Research Methodology (quantitative statistical methods, basic computer applications, research ethics, and data interpretation) test (50%)
- Subject matter test (50%).
- The question paper shall consist of objective-type questions with 4 multiple choices.
GBPUAT Application Form 2023: Important Points
- The admit card will only be made available in online mode.
- The admit card shall contain the signature of the candidate and other details.
- Candidates will have to choose their exam center while filling up the form.
- The place once assigned to a candidate will not be changed.
- As per the merit list, the qualified candidates shall be called for counselling.
- No separate letter will be sent to the candidates.
- The Admissions Committee will decide the cutoff marks for UG and Masters Programmes.
- The minimum qualifying marks for admission for Ph.D. programs in the entrance examination shall be 50%.
