Steps to fill CTET Application Form 2021
- Visit the CTET official website.
- Click on the Button which contains “Apply for CTET”.
- Click the Registration Button to Proceed to Apply Online.
- Now the Instruction page will be displayed.
- Read the instruction or take a printout of it to get help before filling the application form.
- If you have already registered with CTET, then kindly login with your registration number.
- Fill Online Application form with required accurate/correct details.
- After filling all the information correctly, click on the next step.
- Upload your image and signature.
- Last step to pay the application fee.
- Candidate can pay the application fee via DD/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/ E-Banking.
- Now Take the print out of the confirmation page and send it to CBSE authority.

Eligibility Criteria
For Classes I-V (Primary Stage)
- Passed 12th with not less than 50% marks and passed or pursuing in last year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR,
- Completed 12th with not less than 45% marks and passed or pursuing in last year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE regulations 2002. OR,
- Passed 12th examination with a minimum of 50% marks and qualified or pursuing in last year of four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR,
- Passed 12th examination with not less than 50% marks and completed or pursuing in the final year of Diploma in Education (two years duration) OR,
- Completed Graduation and cleared or pursuing in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education (two years).
For Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)
- Completed Graduation and cleared or pursuing in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education (2-year). OR,
- Completed Graduation with not less than 50% marks and cleared or pursuing in Bachelor in Education (1-year duration). OR,
- Completed Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks and cleared or pursuing in Bachelor in Education (1-year duration) as per the NCTE rules and Regulations released from time to time in this regard. OR,
- Completed Graduation with not less than 50% marks and cleared or pursuing in B.Ed. (1-year) OR
- Completed 12th examination with not less than 50% marks and cleared or pursuing in last year of Bachelor in Elementary Education (4- year duration). OR
- Completed 12th examination with not less than 50% marks and cleared or pursuing in the final year of B.Sc.Ed/ B.A or B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed (4- year duration).
