BHU Application Form 2023: BHU is one of the most prestigious central universities in the country. The University offers various bachelor’s & master’s degrees and diploma courses in the field of engineering, law & management, etc. The university organizes its own entrance test for admission to the UG & PG courses. Banaras Hindu university organizes separate BHU entrance exams for UG and PG courses, i.e. UET called by the name of Undergraduate Entrance Test & PET known as Postgraduate Entrance Test. BHU Application Form will be released soon and will be available online.

BHU UET and PET Application process will be started in the 1st week of February 2023. After the release of official notification, interested candidates can apply online.

The BHU Application Form will be available only through online mode for all the courses. Aadhaar Card is compulsory to fill the application form. Candidates will be required to upload a recent passport size photograph and signature in a JPEG format. The size and dimension of the Photograph will be Size: Less than 100 KB, Dimension: 4.5 CM to 3.5 CM. The size and dimension of the Signature will be Size: Less than 100 KB. Candidates should take a printout copy of the filled application for further references.

Steps to fill BHU Application Form 2023

• Visit the official website.
• Navigate the link “Apply for Admission” and click on it.
• Read all the instructions carefully.
• Click on the “Register Yourself” link.
• Enter your basic details for registration & click on the “Sign Up” button.
• After registration, the activation link in your registered email id & mobile number will be provided to you.
• Check your filled details & click on the “Confirm” button.
• Click on the activation link.
• Login with the “User ID” & “Password”.
• Fill in your Aadhaar card details & click on the “Submit” button.
• Select the course you want to apply for
• After adding the courses, you have to fill in your personal details & test center preferences.
• Now, candidates have to upload the scanned images (photograph & signature) in the prescribed format.
• The file size of the photograph & signature should not be more than 100 KB uploaded in JPEG format.
• Select your test city preferences.
• After completion of all the stages, click on the “Preview prior Confirmation” button.
• Check all the filled details. Make corrections is required before the final submission.
• Now, click on the “Confirm & Submit” button.
• Remit the application fee by clicking on the “Make Payment” link.
• Click on the “Pay & Submit Application” button.
• Take a printout copy of the application for further reference.

• The application fee can be paid online via credit card/debit card/net banking.

Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses:

• Qualifying Exam: Students applying for UG programs should pass the Intermediate exam (10+2) or an equivalent exam from a recognized board/university.
• Minimum Marks: Candidates have to obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

For PG Courses:

• Qualifying Exam: Students must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of 3yrs in any discipline.
• Minimum Marks: Students must secure a minimum percentile of 50% marks in order to appear for the PG entrance exam (PET).

For MBA and MBA-IB Programme:

• Admission to the MBA & MBA-IB Programs shall be made through CAT.
• A graduate degree under 10+2+3 Pattern. Or
• A degree in Agriculture, Technology, Medicine, Education or Law. Or
• A Post-graduate degree in any discipline.
• For candidates belonging to General Category, a minimum of 50% marks at the qualifying examination is required (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).
