APSET 2023: The online application form of the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) will be released by Andhra University on the official website, apset.net.in. APSET will be held at 6 regional centers for 30 subjects, including a new subject visual art. It is a state-level test conducted to determine eligibility for a Lectureship and Assistant Professor. Candidates who have a Master’s degree can appear in APSET 2023. More details about APSET 2023 is given in the following article.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applying candidate should have completed a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% marks for Backward Classes / Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) / persons with disability (PWD) category candidates).
- Appearing candidates for a Master’s degree can also appear in APSET.
- Such candidates are required to complete Masters with requisite marks within two years of the date of SET result.
- Ph.D. degree holders will be eligible for 5% relaxation.
- There is no upper age limit for applying for APSET.
- Candidates having a PG degree/diploma from an Indian university or institute, or foreign degree /diploma/certificate by a foreign university or institute, should check the equivalence of their certificate with a Master’s degree in recognized Indian universities from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- The previously qualified UGC NET or APSET candidates cannot apply in the same subject in which they had qualified.
APSET 2023 Application Form
The interested and eligible candidates for APSET 2023 can fill in and submit the online application form from the official website. Application form submission is completely online. Visit the official website apset.net.in to fill the form. Check for the apply online link and click on it. Fill in all the required details asked including personal, exam choices related, educational qualifications, communication details. Upload images such as photographs, signature, caste/disability certificate. Pay the application fee as given below to complete the application form. Submit the form after checking all details are correct.

- Candidates can pay the fee via credit card, debit card, net banking at the online payment gateway.
Exam Pattern
- The exam will be held in offline mode.
- The exam comprises three separate papers which will consist of multiple-choice type questions (MCQs).
- 2 marks will be given for each question.
- The medium of the Question Paper will be English & Telugu.
- There will be no negative marking.
