Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should be a citizen of India and should have a Domicile Certificate of UP.
• The minimum age to apply would be 21 years.
• There is no higher age limit.
• Candidates with reserved classes are granted 5-year relaxation by the rules of UP Govt.
• A Graduation from a recognized University of UP or Central University with a minimum of 55% marks is required.
• Candidates having a degree in B.Tech or B.E additionally should have 55%marks in Maths, and Science subjects.
• Candidates applying on the basis of a PG Degree should have 50% marks.

Reservation Criteria:

• 02% will be given to Scheduled Tribe Candidates.
• 21% will be given to Scheduled Caste Candidates.
• 27% will be given to OBC Candidates.
• 10% As per UP Government Notification

UP B.Ed JEE 2024 Application Form

Candidates can obtain the UP B.Ed JEE application form from the 1st week of February either directly from the university or else can download the form online through the official website. Before filling out the application form, candidates must have to read the instruction carefully. The online application form will be issued from the website. Fill in the necessary details in the application form very carefully and accurately. The incorrectly filled details will lead to the cancellation of your application.

Application Fee

• Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000 as the necessary application fee.
• The application fee will be Rs. 550/ in case of candidates who belong to the reserved category.
• The payment can also be made through a credit card or debit card.

Exam Pattern

• The paper will comprise objective-type questions.
• For each correct answer, two marks will be rewarded and there is also the provision of negative marking.
• For each wrong response, 1/3 mark will be deducted.

UP B.Ed JEE 2024 Counselling

UP B.Ed Counselling for the colleges will be based on the rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination. The counseling schedule shall start after the result declaration.  Candidates have to fill in the preferences of the colleges before the counseling schedule. Candidates will be allotted the college of their choice if they fulfill the criteria.
