Bihar Polytechnic 2024: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) invites online applications for Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam to offer admission in various polytechnic courses in government and private polytechnic institutes of Bihar. It is also referred to as a Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination. Candidates who want to take admission into various polytechnic courses for the next academic session can apply for Bihar Polytechnic 2024. A great number of candidates participate in this entrance exam, every year. Candidates who wish to appear in this entrance exam can apply through the official website as the application is invited through online mode.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates having the domicile certificate of Bihar can apply also if the parents of the candidate are permanent residence of Bihar.
• PE course: The candidate should be 10th class passed with a minimum of 35% marks. There is no age limit for this course.
• PPE course: candidate should be 10th class passed with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics separately and should have completed the age of 19 years before 1st July 2017.
• PMD course: 10th or its equivalent passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. 15 years is the minimum age limit and the maximum age limit is 30 years
• PM (Para Medical Intermediate Level): Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with PCM/B & English subjects. The age limit must be 17 years (Minimum) & 32 years (Maximum) as of 31st December 2024.

Bihar Polytechnic 2024 Application Form

Visit the official website & fill the application form. Enter all the details like course group, candidate name, DOB, email ID, mobile number, etc. in the registration form. Make the payment to complete the form. Fill in personal details and upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature. Enter all the requisite details and submit the application. Take at least 2 printouts of the application form, one for your own reference and the other for submission to the board office.

Exam Pattern

• The examination will be organized through offline mode.
• The exam duration will be 2 hours 15 min.
• The question paper will be asked in English & Hindi language.
• 5 marks will be allotted to the candidates for the correct answer.
• There will be no negative marking.

Bihar Polytechnic Counselling

• The counseling will be organized through an online mode.
• Download their rank card to appear in the counseling.
• Candidates will be called for counseling as per their ranks & category.
• The seat will be allotted on the basis of rank, filled choices, availability of seats, category, etc.
• Candidates have to fill the choice of colleges & courses as per their preferences, on the day of the interview.
• The documents will be verified on the day of the interview.
