GCET Counselling 2023

GCET Counselling 2023: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) will conduct GCET Counselling. Candidates have to fill the application form in order to participate in the counseling. Fill the admission form and attend the counseling as per the course in which they want to get admission. Candidates can collect an acknowledgment card as proof of submission of application. Admission to Professional Degree courses in Engineering and Pharmacy in the government and private engineering and pharmacy colleges of Goa will be provided through GCET Counselling 2023. GCET Counselling 2023

The registration for the counseling process will be started from 3^rd week of May 2023. Students will select the seat on the rank on the list. All students should carry all educational documents including admit card at the time of counseling. Reserved categories seats will be merged with the general category at the end of each round of the admission process. Students have to bring the original required documents including 10^th and 12^th mark sheets, caste certificate, domicile, character certificate, passport size photo, at the time of admission. Students are invited to counseling on the merit list. If the students fail to appear for the admission rounds, their seats will be transferred to the other students in the merit list.

Counselling Procedure

• Fill the application form in their own handwriting and sign at the appropriate place.
• Submit the application form before the last date.
• Mention the category in the relevant application form in which they want admission.
• Candidates have to fill the different application forms for different courses.
• The admission authority will release the merit list for the candidates.
• The merit list candidates have to reach the admission center on the prescribed date and time.
• The seats will be allotted on the verification of original documents on the basis of the candidate’s rank.
• Report to the allotted colleges for the admission.
• Take the admission allotment letter with you while reporting.
