NIA Pune Admission 2023: National Insurance Academy was established in 1980. It is a government institute located in Pune, Maharashtra approved by AICTE. National Insurance Academy offers PGDM in the field of management with a specific focus on Insurance, Pension, and allied areas. The NIA Pune Admission form will be available online on the official website. The program is recognized as equivalent to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The program is designed to develop managerial excellence based on technical competence, creative problem-solving approach, and other skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a graduation degree or equivalent from any recognized Indian/foreign university.
- Candidates should’ve passed the above qualification with a minimum of 50% for General and 45% for SC/ST/DA Category.
- Appearing candidates in the final year can apply subject to completion of their examination requirements by June 30, 2023.
- The upper age limit is 28 years for General, OBC-NC.
- The same is for 30 years for SC/ST/DA category.
- The age of the candidate will be considered on 1st July 2023.
Application Fee
- The application fee for NIA Pune Admission will be 1200/- (there will be an Additional Processing Fee of Rs. 60/-).
- Candidates can pay through Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Net Banking.
Selection Procedure
- Selection to PGDM of NIA is based on the following criteria:
- Past Academic Record: 20%
- Performance in CAT / CMAT: 50 %
- Performance in GD/PI: 30% (GD :10 marks + PI :20 marks = 30 marks)
- Relevant Work Experience (Candidates with relevant work experience at the time of the interview will get an appropriate weightage)
- NIA has adopted a Reservation Policy in admissions as per Central Government Rules applicable to Academic Institutions like IITs and IIMs.

- Visit the official website of NIA, Pune to fill out the application form for NIA Pune Admission.
- Register using your Username and valid Email Id and log in with the same.
- Fill out the application form correctly.
- Upload a recent passport-sized photograph.
- Pay the application fee via credit/debit card or net banking.
- Shortlisted candidates can appear in GD and PI.
- Once selected, they have to submit the fee to confirm admission.
