It is a University Level Exam conducted by the Army Institute of Law Once a year, For admission to Integrated BA LLB (5 years) Courses.

Eligibility Criteria
For BA LLB
- Candidates appearing should have passed 10+2 examination from Punjab Board or any other equivalent board.
- It is required to secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying degree.
- Appearing candidates in 10+2 are also eligible.
- There is no age bar to apply for AILLET 2020.
For LLM
- Applicants should have a graduation degree in a three-year or five-year law program from any recognized university.
- Candidates should score at least 55% marks in the above qualification.
- Appearing candidates in graduation are also eligible.
- There is no age limit to apply for this exam.
Application Fee
- The application fee for AILLET 2020 will be Rs.3000/-
- The additional fee will be Rs.1000/-
Admission Process
- Admission to 64 seats in the All India Category will be through the same entrance test.
- For both Army and All India Category, candidates will be called for counselling as per merit in the written exam.
Exam Pattern
- The exam paper will be divided into four parts with different questions.
- The paper will be of 200 marks.
- There will be no negative marking policy.
- The exam paper will be in English medium.

AILLET 2020 Counselling
- Mode of Counselling will be Offline
- Candidates who qualify the AILLET 2020 and mentioned in the merit list will be called for counselling.
- Candidates shortlisted for counselling will have to be present in the counselling venue.
- The counselling will consider first 100 candidates in the order of merit from army category to fill in 60 seats, and first 20 candidates in the order of merit from All India Category to fill 4 seats.

- 10th and 10+2 certificate and mark sheet.
- Proof of date of birth
- 10+2 passing certificate

- Medical fitness certificate
